cannot download diva-gis specific data

I cannot download diva-gis specific data from the following link http://biogeo.berkeley.edu/worldclim/diva/diva_worldclim_2-5m.zip.
If I download this and place them c:\program files\diva-gis\environ\ would the menu bioclim/domain be active?
I would appreciate any help.
