DIVA-GIS

I have created CLM files as instruction in http://gisweb.ciat.cgiar.org/GCMPage/docs/tutorial_bcvars_creation.pdf. But i didn't file any guide for projecting the CLM files. When I load my CLM files to DIVA (by using Tool/Options/Climate), the projection was not be assigned automatically.
What shoul I do now?
