Can I use categorical data in Bioclim/Domain? Like soil? If I use a probability map of soil can resolve the problem?
You cannot use categorical data with these models. But if you can transform the data to (pseudo) continuous data you can use them. For example, you can use soil pH or organic matter content, but not soil type.
